Karuna Training offers generally three programme types

1. Introduction to Contemplative Psychology

2. Karuna Basic Training
Karuna Training is an extended training program in Contemplative Psychology that teaches us how to heal ourselves and work skillfully with others through the innate potency of the heart. The program joins deep study of Tibetan vajrayana Buddhist principles with contemplative practice, skills development, and ongoing group interaction and community support. It is a journey of discovering one’s own brilliant sanity and of learning how to exchange ourselves for others so that we can transform everyday life challenges into opportunities for openness and wisdom. 3. Karuna Advanced Training

The objective of the advanced training is to continue to apply and deepen the understanding of the methods and practices one has learned in the basic training and to learn how to train others (i.e. clients, colleagues) in some of them or explain certain topics to others. An integral part of it is a project each participant will be doing, which is supposed to happen in his or her work situation. Individual and group supervision will be provided. Mindfulness training, meditation, exercises in non-dual healing presence, study, and (peer and individual) supervision are included in the programme.
